This year’s FALL YARD SALE is scheduled for October 19th from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon (Rain Date: October 20th).

Set-up this year will be in the Clubhouse Parking Lot (but may change if little participation) and in driveways for those who want to participate.

*Residents participating at the clubhouse will be assigned a spot – consisting of two parking spaces – this will allow you an area approximately 15’ X 17’. You will be responsible for your own tables, tarps and all other necessary materials. Email [email protected] now to reserve your spot.

*If you plan to participate by setting up in your driveway, please email [email protected] to have your street added to the list. We are asking residents to notify the yard sale coordinator of their intended participation to gather an account of how many participants we will have and to make sure everyone’s street is listed.

The Community HOA will put out two banners prior to the sale. One banner will be at the entrance to Kirkpatrick Farms and the other will be on the Braddock Road corner across from Pinebrook Elementary School. Additionally, I will post the sale on several Facebook pages to get the word out and will list the streets that are participating. Residents will be responsible for posting signs on their more specific street corners leading to their homes as done in year’s past. (Please make sure you remove these sign at the end of the sale)
