Legislative Victories:
*HB2071: On Government Efficiency. Eliminates red tape, making government more efficient and saving taxpayers’ money.
*HB2073: On Business/Consumer Advocacy, aka “Happy Hour Law.” Updates Virginia’s outdated and overly restrictive advertising rules that hurt consumers and businesses.
*HB2599: On Child Safety, aka “Gigi’s Law.” Protects children from unsafe restraint and seclusion. Named after a student in our district, Gigi, the bill ensures no Virginia child can be placed in a dangerous situation again.
*HB2600: On Consumer Protection, aka “Telemarketing Law.” Addresses the out of control telemarketing calls that harass Virginians on a daily basis.
