Please be advised that, in accordance with Section 2.1 of the Bylaws of the Kirkpatrick Farms Community Association, the Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2020.
This year due to Covid-19 — all voting will transpire either via electronic voting or you may drop off a proxy vote at the onsite clubhouse drop box. The meeting will commence at 7:00pm at the clubhouse located at 25520 Summerall Drive and via Zoom per the link on the agenda. No voting will transpire at the meeting. All online voting will be cut off by 5:30pm on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 (the day before the meeting). Votes may be dropped off onsite at the drop box until 9:00am on Thursday, October 29, 2020.
In previous years we were successful in using the Fall Festival to obtain proxies, due to Covid-19 we will not be holding the Fall Festival therefore, if you vote online or return your vote to the onsite drop box you will be eligible for one of three $50 gift cards in order to ensure we obtain quorum.
Tis year we will have five candidates for three open Board positions. Biographies of the candidates that have been received thus far have been included in this mailer and posted to the website.
